(US gay) the anus; thus as adj., used of anything seen as tasteless/unpleasant.

Rodgers Queens’ Vernacular 74: eh-eh (kwn LV, les sl, mid ’60s , fr Ger-Yid eh-eh = baby’s word for feces, comparable to doodoo, poopy) 1. the anus, especially when speaking of male anal intercourse: ‘With a jakey up his eh-eh he lit a cigarette and blew the smoke into the other guy’s face.’ 2. (adj) said of a subject considered foul or tasteless in any way.
