(US) ill-health caused by lack of sexual activity.

[US] ‘Imaginary Diseases’ in AS XXII:4 Apr. 305/1: lackanookie or lackanookemia. This is usually called Hawaiian Lackanookemia or ‘that old Hawaiian disease.’ It means, of course, lack o’ nookie. Lackanookie is accented on the first syllable.
