(US drugs) a cocktail of heroin and/or cocaine plus various prescription drugs, incl. scopolamine, a sea-sickness remedy, used to increase the heart-rate, and dextromethorphan, usu. used as a cough medicine. The effects are generally negative, including paranoia, hallucinations and memory loss, and can lead to death, usu. by heart attack.
