1982		N. Keesing Lily on the Dustbin 182: Greek youths, understandably tired of being taunted as ‘wogs’ by counterparts of Anglo-Saxon appearance, have taken to retaliating with ‘skips’ or ‘skippies’.
1993		Herald Sun (Melbourne) 19 Oct. 43: He introduces the audience to several people in the front row: Kamahl from Kealba, Shane from Wallan and Aresti from Caulfield. His random selection results in an Indian, a ’skippy’ and a Greek.
1999		G. Seal Lingo 6: Wogs Out of Work also used the term skippy, referring to persons of Anglo-Celtic origins and intended to be equally as offensive as wog.
