[UK]F.D. Sharpe Sharpe of the Flying Squad 329: ‘The bottle of Fizz’ is another slang expression used instead of ‘The Wizz’ – the term which describes the art of picking pockets. A thief would say of a pickpocket : ‘He’s at the bottle,’ or ‘He’s at the wizz’.
