(Aus.) of a place or object, to decorate or improve; of a person or a place, to titivate.

Land (Sydney) 25 Sept. 10/4: Beat eggs for 10 minutes, add sugar and beat 10 more minutes, then add flour mixed with cream of tartar, boil butter and milk then add soda: add quickly to the mixture, as it will tizz up any flavouring.
