highty-tighty n.

also heighty-toity, hity-tity
[first cited in B.E. – who spells it ‘hightetity’; although hoity-toity n.1 is earlier, OED notes the contemporary pron. of ‘oi’ as ‘igh’, as in oil = ile, boil = bile, and thus sees it as no more than ‘a variant’]

1. a promiscuous young woman.

2. an aloof, snobbish person.
